This Sunday, the 10th October, is World Mental Health day and we want you to know that you are not alone when it comes to yours and your family's mental health. We have an email address that is checked by our Mental Health Champions at both schools, that you can use for any help or advice: wellbeing@woodton.norfolk.sch.uk and of course you can speak to any member of staff for help and advice.
You might prefer to seek help or advice away from school and here are two links to websites that we think you would find very useful:
October is Mental Health Awareness month so please let's support each other, and make sure no one is alone.
